How to end your quilting stitches

I know how to start my quilting stitches by drawing up the bobbin thread to the top of the quilt. But I have been trying to figure out how to draw up the bobbin thread at the end of my quilting stitches.

I am so happy to have run across this tutorial on exactly that. Cindy Needham on Craftsy, shares how. I guess it is how Longarm quilters draw up the thread at the end of stitching.
